Possible Fix: Try turning off Active-X filtering on the browser:
- Open the desktop, and then tap or click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
- Tap or click the Tools button Tools, point to Safety in the dropdown menu, and then tap or click ActiveX Filtering. There should no longer be a check mark next to ActiveX Filtering.
