Add or change club officers and committee chair persons.
1. In the Secretary Dashboard, click on the icon to the right of the office you wish to edit.
A window will open where you may add the member/officer name.
2. For quicker results, begin typing the LAST name of the member/officer. A list of names will appear as close matches.
3. Select the correct member name to list as the officer.
4. Click the “Submit” button. The member name and email address should appear beneath the officer title.
5. Delete a member name by clicking on the to the right of the officer title.
This will open a confirmation box. Click the “Delete” button.
6. Edit the officer email address by clicking the edit button to the left of the email address.
A window will open where you may edit the member/officer email address.
7. Click the “Update” button.
